Life is often confusing. It can seem unfair and not make sense. Sometimes the problems you face are the consequences of your decisions, things you have said, things you have done or failed to do. Sometimes life just happens. You may be left with depressed feelings, anger, anxiety, grief, mistrust, relational difficulties, and/or a loss of faith. We are here to help you work through these issues.
